APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Applications for admission to various Post Graduate and Under Graduate programmes are invited through advertisement in newspapers every year. Candidates seeking admission to the programmes should apply in an prescribed form obtainable from the office of the institute on payment in cash or by post on sending a Bank Draft drawn in favor of "Secretary, VISWASS", payable at any Nationalised Bank in Bhubaneswar along with two address slips. The candidate must write his / her full name in the back of demand draft. The detail of application fees is given below:

^* Another Demand draft of Rs. 200/-(Rs. Two Hundred Only, incase applying for Master of Finance and Control) and Demand draft of rs. 150/- (Rs. One Hundred and Fifty Only, incase applying for Master of Social Work) drawn in the favour of “Secretary, VISWASS" for the purpose of entrance exam has to be deposited along with application form.

Last date for Application Submission (P.G Programmes)

The application form complete in every respect should reach the office of the Principal within 15 days of the publication of the (+3) Final Degree Examination result (B.A, B.Sc, B.COM) of the Utkal University. Candidates whose results for qualifying examination are awaited may also apply provisionally.

Note

Applications received after last date or incomplete in any form shall not be considered. The Institute authority shall not be responsible for postal delay or loss of application form in the transit.

Last Date for Application Submission (U.G Programmes)

The application form complete in every respect should reach the office of the Principal within 15 days of the publication of the Higher Secondary (+2) Examination result of CHSE Orissa/ equivalent examinations, approved by the Utkal University. Candidates whose results for qualifying examination are awaited may also apply provisionally. They have to produce marks of +2/equivalent examination and certificates within 14 days of the publication of their result.

Note

Applications received after last date or incomplete in any form shall not be considered. The Institute authority shall not be responsible for postal delay or loss of application form in the transit.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION FORM

Mark sheets and certificates of all examinations (self attested)
Conduct certificate from the Institution last attended.
SC/ST certificate from the competent authority (MP/MLA/ Collector/ADM/ SDO/Local Gazetted Revenue Officer not below the rank of Deputy Collector/Tahashildar).
Physical handicapped certificate and ID card issued by District Welfare Officer/ Community Development Officer/ Social Welfare Department of State Government.
Sports and Games certificate of participation are required for special weightage consideration from the competent authority (Director of Sports/ Sports Council of Universities counter signed by the Principal of the college).
Four passport size photographs.
Photocopy of the receipt, if paid in cash, for the application form.
Two self-addressed envelope.
