for every

Importance of
Communication in
Working
with people |
Communication is very essential
for a social worker while he/she is dealing with
the community. It
should be
very effective and
thoughtful. If
the communication
is not
effective then the result may not be
expected ones.

Human Values |
Knowing about the human values
is very much important for a
social worker. Social work is the
only profession, which deals with
human beings directly. So it is important for a
social worker to
understand a human being. But
before understanding others first
we have to
understand ourselves.
We should be the
prime factors
for ourselves.
The very first
human value is
'Self esteem'.
Unless we
believe in ourselves we
cannot work with
the people. In
the field the
situation or the object
may not be
favorable but we
should not
depend upon the object
more than we
depend upon ourselves. Hence, it is very
important to
take responsibilities of our selves before
taking
responsibilities of others. |
